Unrivaled guarantee, the promise of quality for every precious stone..
Our Prestigious and Exciting Cooperative Champions of Mineral Resources (COCACREM), along with its team of talented professionals specialized in the extraction, exploitation, transformation, and marketing of the highest quality and quantity of gold, diamonds, and other minerals in the Central African Republic (CAR). The Central African Republic is located at the heart of the African continent, between the Equator and the Tropic of Cancer, equidistant from the Mediterranean and the Cape of Good Hope, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Gulf of Aden. CAR has a humid tropical climate, experiencing alternating wet seasons (from May to June to October-November) and dry seasons (from November to May). It covers an area of 623,000 km2 with an estimated population of 4.9 million people, resulting in a density of 7.2 inhabitants/km2. Religions: Christianity, Islam, Animism. Official Languages: French, Sango. Currency: CFA Franc. The capital is Bangui.
The country (Central African Republic) is rich in natural resources, including gold, diamonds, uranium, oil, and hydroelectric energy, among other potentially significant but untapped resources. Despite having impressive agricultural potential, vast mineral resources, and expansive equatorial forests and dense savannas, some resources remain unexplored. Prospect campaigns during the colonial period identified 34 substances distributed across 470 mineral indices. Only gold, diamonds, sands, granitoids, and quartzites contribute to the economic development of the country. Out of approximately 470 indices, less than five (5) are artisanally exploited. The Central African Republic has great potential for discovering gold deposits in the Archean greenstone belts and is already among the top ten (10) global producers of diamonds and gold. In collaboration with cooperatives and members in the Central African Republic and other African countries, Innocent K. Oussinou, President and CEO of the Central African Cooperative Champions of Mineral Resources (CO.CA.C.RE.M).
